Yes, you can upgrade your pre-booked appointment to a 4D/5D baby scan at any time before your original scan is completed.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that you may have to wait, as our clinics are fully booked and any delays could significantly affect the appointments scheduled after yours.
Although we do our best to complete the scan on the same day, in some cases this may not be possible. This can happen if the baby is in a difficult position or due to factors such as excessive bowel gas, which can affect the clarity of the ultrasound image—especially in pregnancy-related scans. If this occurs, we will offer you a free rescan to ensure the main purpose of the scan is fulfilled. You can find details about the main purpose of your scan on the booking page for the scan you have selected or already booked.
You will receive a full refund for your scan booking if you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. However, for same-day appointments, this notice period is reduced to 24 hours. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies in the Terms & Conditions, which are available on our website.
