Elite Community Ultrasound (ECU) is delighted to offer this Rapid reassurance scan for all pregnant women who are 16 years or above and in pregnancy between 15 and 23 weeks. However, this scan is not a substitute of 12 weeks combined and 20 weeks anomaly scans which are offered in the NHS.

This scan includes: - A rapid assessment conducted by a highly skilled ultrasound practitioner with extensive NHS experience to evaluate:

Foetal Cardiac Activity (Baby’s heartbeat).
Foetal movements.
Reassurance (Peace of mind) and
A verbal report and two b/w printed images of unborn baby.

While the scan may not detect all conditions, a normal result cannot guarantee the absence of abnormalities.

Our Rapid reassurance scan is a safe, painless, and radiation-free baseline medical imaging to reassure you by showing the baby’s heartbeat and movements.
